Монгол Улсад цусны хавдартай хүүхдэд цусны үүдэл эс шилжүүлэн суулгах эмчилгээг анх удаа амжилттай хийж, дотоодын эрүүл мэндийн салбарт түүхэн шинэ хуудас нээлээ.
Энэхүү эмчилгээг Улсын Нэгдүгээр Төв Эмнэлгийн (УНТЭ) Цусны үүдэл эс шилжүүлэн суулгах баг Н.Оюундэлгэр ахлагчтайгаар санаачлан, Эх хүүхдийн эрүүл мэндийн үндэсний төв (ЭХЭМҮТ), Бүгд Найрамдах Турк Улсын “Medical Park” эмнэлэг, мөн ТИКА олон улсын байгууллагын дэмжлэгтэйгээр хамтран амжилттай хэрэгжүүлэв. УНТЭ-ийн уг баг өмнө нь цусны хавдартай насанд хүрэгчдийн 36 тохиолдолд цусны үүдэл эс шилжүүлэн суулгах эмчилгээг амжилттай хийсэн туршлагатай юм.
Эмчилгээний явцад ЭХЭМҮТ-ийн удирдлага, Хүүхдийн цус, хавдрын тасгийн эмч, мэргэжилтнүүд идэвхтэй оролцож, Турк Улсын нэр хүндтэй эмч, мэргэжилтнүүд болох Профессор Тунч, доктор Башак, мөн менежер Сапта нар арга зүй, мэргэжлийн зөвлөгөөг өгч ажиллав.
Эмчилгээ хийлгэсэн 15 настай М охин нь 5 настайдаа цусны хавдраар оношлогдож 9 жил эмчилгээ хийлгэн, өвчин нь удаа дараа сэдэрч байсан бөгөөд цусны үүдэл эс шилжүүлэн суулгах эмчилгээний дараа биеийн байдал нь сайжирчээ. Одоогоор тогтвортой байдалтайгаар хяналтын эмчилгээнд хамрагдаж буйг Цусны үүдэл эс шилжүүлэн суулгах багийн ахлагч Н.Оюундэлгэр танилцууллаа.
Сүүлийн жилүүдэд цусны хавдрын тохиолдол нэмэгдэх болсон ба жилдээ 150-200 тохиолдол, үүнээс хүүхдийн цусны хорт хавдрын 50-60 орчим тохиолдол оношлогдож байна. Өмнө нь цусны хорт хавдрын оноштой хүүхдүүд гадаадын улс оронд өндөр өртөгтэй эмчилгээ хийлгэх шаардлагатай байдаг байсан нь эдийн засгийн хүнд дарамт учруулдаг байв. Тодруулбал, цусны хавдрын үед үүдэл эс шилжүүлэн суулгах эмчилгээг гадаадын улсуудад 350-500 сая төгрөгөөр хийдэг.
